Integración de las Tecnologías de Información y Comunicación en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje

Abstract

La configuración de las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación en todos los escenarios, conlleva a las instituciones educativas y a sus docentes a replantearse los procesos educativos para introducirlos en las diversas áreas curriculares. De ahí se plantea como objetivo de la presente investigación: Proponer estrategias didácticas para la integración de las Tecnología de Información y Comunicación en el proceso de enseñanza – aprendizaje de la asignatura Lengua y Literatura dirigidas a los estudiantes del tercer grado de la Escuela Martha Bucaram de Roldós, ubicada en la ciudad de Portoviejo. El marco metodológico utilizado fue el enfoque cuantitativo y correlacional, modalidad proyecto factible. Los resultados más resaltantes fueron que algunos docentes no contemplan la inserción de equipos o plataformas tecnológicas dentro de su planificación aunque en su mayoría tengan el conocimiento básico para hacerlo, además no cuentan con las herramientas ni los espacios para ello en la institución; sin embargo, creen que incluir las TIC en la praxis pedagógica traerá beneficios para el estudiante, lo cual se comprobó por la fuerte relación que existe entre las variables TIC y proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje. Se concluyó que la integración de las TIC en forma transversal dentro del contenido curricular de la asignatura Lengua y Literatura es considerada como una necesidad educativa para el desarrollo de los estudiantes, la mejora del desempeño docente y la optimización de la calidad. Integration of Information and Communication Technology in the teaching-learning process ABSTRACT The configuration of information and communication technologies in all scenarios leads educational institutions and their teachers to rethink educational processes to introduce them in the various curricular areas. Hence, the objective of this research is: Propose didactic strategies for the integration of Information and Communication Technology in the teaching-learning process of the Language and Literature subject aimed at third grade students of the Martha Bucaram School of Roldós, located in the city of Portoviejo. The methodological framework used was the quantitative and correlational approach, feasible project modality. The most outstanding results were that some teachers do not contemplate the insertion of equipment or technological platforms within their planning, although most of them have the basic knowledge to do so, and they also do not have the tools or spaces for it in the institution; however, they believe that including ICT in the pedagogical praxis will bring benefits for the student, which was verified by the strong relationship that exists between the ICT variables and the teaching-learning process. It was concluded that the integration of ICT in a transversal way within the curricular content of the Language and Literature subject is considered an educational necessity for the development of students, the improvement of teaching performance and the optimization of quality.
