Abstract
Talking about leadership or collaboration patterns inside a team of people is a tough task, they are hard to define and they are slippery to detect with questionnaires or peer ratings. However, these team dynamics leave a footprint in their daily activity record which could be used to infer interesting properties and try to determine these team dynamics, and even leadership patterns, from a different, non intrusive, point of view. It is like figuring out how a dinosaur was just by analyzing its footprints found in the mud. The result is really surprising.
