Abstract

This article mainly designs and implements a kind of management system for personal healthy life. The system consists of a client based on the Android platform, Web server, database server. And introduces the system architecture of the whole system, discusses the implementation of the client, Web server, database server, then puts forward the solutions for the key technologies of dietary intervention and exercise intervention on the implementation process. At the end, it discusses the development of management system for personal healthy life in the future.
