Abstract

This paper clarified the performance of power Supply on Chip (SoC) based energy harvesting systems by using electromagnetic and circuit simulations. The thickness of the systems is expected to be 1 mm or less in 3 cm square and business card size. The results show that power SoC based energy harvesting systems enable to use wearable devices and wireless sensor nodes.
