The experimental research of statistical parameters of wind speed and spectrum portraits of background returns from snow clouds

Abstract

The results of experimental research of the statistical parameters of wind speed and spectrum portraits of background returns from snow clouds (BRSC) are quoted. It is supposed to use the received results for the development of a more complicated (in comparison with the existing ones) automatic compensator of background returns from volume-distributed reflectors.
