Based on earlier studies in a relevant field, it has been shown that leadership style has a positive influence on the success of an organization. Currently, no previous researches have studied the effect of collaborative leadership on performance. This article will seek to fulfill this gap by theoretically and empirically investigating this link, presenting a detailed literature review, and robust statistical investigation based on a structured questionnaire finished by 262 managers to get findings. Abstract

Many businesses fail to secure a sustainable competitive advantage in a fast-changing global world, and now leaders are challenged by a constant urge to keep high business performance.
