Data analyzed by descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, Independent t test and One Way ANOVA. Results showed: (1) There was significant relationship between EI and two styles of leadership; (2) The relationship between self-awareness and leadership styles were not statistically significant; (3) There was positive statistically significant relationship between self-regulation and open style; (4) There was direct significant relationship between motivation and open style but indirect significant relationship with motivation and closed style; (5) There was positive statistically significant relationship between empathy and open style but negative relationship between empathy and closed style . Abstract

高中校长情商与领导风格的关系
本研究以伊朗萨南季市高中校长为研究对象,探讨其情绪智力与领导风格的关系。样本采用比例分层抽样法抽取42名中学校长和252名教师。采用领导风格问卷和情绪智力问卷作为研究工具。数据分析采用描述性统计、Pearson相关、独立t检验和单因素方差分析。结果表明:(1)EI与两种领导风格之间存在显著相关关系;(2)自我意识与领导风格的关系无统计学意义;(3)自我调节与开放风格呈显著正相关;(4)动机与开放风格存在直接显著相关,与封闭风格存在间接显著相关;(5)共情与开放风格呈显著正相关,与封闭风格呈显著负相关。因此,有效的校长会支持和鼓励教师树立促进合作和专业工作环境的行为榜样。关键词:情商,领导风格,校长,自我意识,社交技巧
