Influence Areas of Agents in Network Organizational Systems

Abstract

Areas of influence in an organizational system with interconnected agents are considered. The presence of losses determines the interactions of each agent with others. These losses depend on the discrepancy between the strategies of the surrounding agents and the desired strategy of the agent considered. The introduction of loss functions allows one to determine the areas of an agent's influence on a group of neighboring agents. Conditions are studied when the areas of influence determine equilibria in dominant strategies.
