In this paper, based on teaching objectives, C language programming course is taken as an example to study the design concept of blended smart teaching, the design of blended teaching model based on Rain Classroom, a smart teaching tool, and effect evaluation method for blended learning. In addition, essential elements for the development of blended smart teaching deeply integrating information technology are summarized in combination with the practical teaching.
