Abstract

The paper aims to explore the personal data processing by the Public Administration, especially to ensure compliance of public entities with privacy and personal data protection legislation, particularly the Brazilian General Data Protection Act. In this context, it seeks to answer the following scientific problem: how can the Public Administration develop an efficient management program to preserve and enhance the legal obligations for which it was conceived and exists?
