Abstract

The linear feed system is widely used in the field of micro-nano mechanism and micron-level precision machine tools. In this paper, a simulation method for the thermal characteristics of the linear feed system is proposed, and the influence of its own heat source on the repeatability of positioning is analyzed. The thermal deformation of the screw and guiderail is simulated by using the load method of moving heat.
