GRAVITY MODEL FOR DETERMINING THE INNOVATIVE POTENTIAL OF REGIONAL AGRICULTURE DEVELOPMENT

Abstract

The article provides information on the development of digitalization in agriculture in Russia. The problems of digital transformation of the agricultural sector of the economy and regional features of the development of information and communication technologies in rural areas are highlighted. A model for assessing the development potential of regional agriculture based on the gravitational theory of attraction of growth points is presented. A methodology for assessing the effectiveness of innovation management at the level of individual regions and specific agricultural enterprises is proposed.
