Abstract

We demonstrate the scaling up of highly efficient and photo-chemically stable wafer-level nanowire photocatalysts, comprising of GaN-alloys on Si substrate, for unassisted overall neutral pH $( \sim 7.0)$ water splitting under concentrated sunlight.
