Learning assessment is also needed to achieve learning target. This research aimed to assess primary school teachers’ self-efficacy in using technology in the 21st century. The research method was descriptive qualitative. The data were acquired through questionnaires from 3 teachers in the 5th grade of State Primary School 5 of Mangkubumen Kidul No. 16 Surakarta. The results were: 1) The skill of the primary school teachers in using technology, in general, the percentage was 66,67% (Fair), 2) The self-efficacy percentage when using technology was 75% (Good), and 3) The skill percentage in using technology in their learning was 77,78% (Good). As a result of these findings, it can be concluded that teachers must improve their ability to use technology in general while learning, and to assess their own self-efficacy as well.
