Research on the Construction of Mixed Learning Model for Applied Talents Cultivation

Abstract

The demand and supply of talents are not balanced, and colleges and universities can not cultivate suitable talents resources for the society. To force the transformation of colleges and universities, the goal of the transformation reform is to train applied talents to adapt to the local economic and social development. The important link of the transformation is the reform of the training mode and the study mode. The study mode and the study effect of the students are directly related to the training quality of the applied talents. Blended learning mode is the combination of traditional classroom learning and information technology, it is the complement of online learning and traditional learning. Blended learning effectively promotes the efficient use of educational resources and makes the transfer of learning content unrestricted. Through the questionnaire survey and analysis, we provide a reliable research basis for the topic. Through the comparison of traditional learning and blended learning effectiveness evaluation, the data is summarized and analyzed, and the blended learning model can make up for the lack of personalized learning in face-to-face collective teaching and can solve the problem. Online learning encounters the problem of nowhere to ask for advice.
