Abstract

Aiming at the characteristics of electrical impedance anisotropy of plain weave carbon fiber reinforced composites(CFRP), a new discrete modeling method is proposed in this paper. The structure of plain weave CFRP was characterized by a double-coil rotation sensor, and its surface cracks were detected, and experiments were designed to verify the accuracy of the simulation model.
平纹CFRP块体建模及电磁无损检测方法研究
针对平纹碳纤维增强复合材料电阻抗各向异性的特点,提出了一种新的离散建模方法。采用双线圈旋转传感器对平纹编织碳纤维布的结构进行表征,检测其表面裂纹,并设计实验验证仿真模型的准确性。
