The findings reveal a positive-significant relationship between principals' instructional leadership and school improvement. Abstract

The study investigates the relationship between principals' instructional leadership and school improvement at the secondary school level in district Mardan Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Pakistan. This study aimed to investigate this relationship through a correlational survey (quantitative) research design.
