Research on Enterprise Cycle System and Its Internal Force Based on Hypercycle Theory

Abstract

An Enterprise is just like an organism whose survival depends on two aspects: health and energy sources. In Enterprises these two aspects refer to good management and continuous resource. So, the survival of Enterprises at least depends on two cycle systems: metabolism cycle system and resource balance cycle system. The unbalance between them can lead to Enterprisespsila failure. Metabolism cycle, resource balance cycle and some sustaining cycles cooperate together to form a complete enterprise cycle system. Begin from the survival of enterprise and research on its cycle systems, internal force of enterprise cycle is researched. Furthermore, there will be interference and diffraction when organizations of enterprise interact and different inner relations generated from it.
