The experience of Korean international students residing in America is based on the following criteria: ‘Focusing more on dietary life’, ‘Maintaining habits good for health’, ‘Trying to prepare for any possible events’ , ‘Taking a rest mind and body’, ‘Maintaining helpful relationships with people’, ‘To strive for the better future’, ‘Taking care of myself on my own’. Abstract

This study is a qualitative research conducted to understand the health management experience and to grasp the essence of the experience of international students who are increasing with globalization trend. 韩国留学生在美自我照顾经验研究
