Abstract

This paper focuses on the effect of BER of 3d OCDMA codes with varying data rates. Performance of the codes has been evaluated in terms of bit error rate and Q factor with 1 Gbps, 1.5 Gbps, 2 Gbps, 2.5 Gbps, 3 Gbps,3.5 Gbps & 4 Gbps systems taking the advantage that light could be propagated in two orthogonal polarization states.
