Mechanical optimization designmethod is an important means to seek optimal design in the process of modern mechanical design. Abstract

With the rapid development of China’s industrial automation field such as electric power, oil, coal and so on, China’s industrial automation has made brilliant achievements. Due to the large amount of industrial production real-time data and fast data access time, industrial real-time database (RTDBS) system, as a professional RTDBS system for real-time collection and storage of industrial real-time data source, has been widely used in information system. In this paper, based on the advantages of RTDBS and configuration software (SCADA), combined with the mechanical optimization problem, the mechanical optimization design software of RTDBS and SCADA is put forward. 基于数据库和组态软件的机械优化设计软件研究
随着中国电力、石油、煤炭等工业自动化领域的快速发展,中国的工业自动化取得了辉煌的成就。由于工业生产实时数据量大,数据访问时间快,工业实时数据库(RTDBS)系统作为对工业实时数据源进行实时采集和存储的专业RTDBS系统,在信息系统中得到了广泛的应用。本文基于RTDBS和组态软件(SCADA)的优势,结合机械优化问题,提出了RTDBS和SCADA的机械优化设计软件。机械优化设计方法是现代机械设计过程中寻求最优设计的重要手段。以RTDBS和SCADA为开发平台,基于常用的优化计算方法,开发适合机械设计过程的优化软件,并利用该软件满足机械设计过程中的优化要求。
