The Sequential Recommendation Strategy for the Intelligent Learning of Chinese Vocabulary

Abstract

The purposes of this study are to implement a new sequential recommendation strategy in a mobile-device supported Elementary Chinese Vocabulary Learning System (ECVLS) and evaluate its effect upon the learning. Experiment results appeared that the strategy combining with word levels, word frequencies and word relations can make an effective impact on the vocabulary learning with the support of ECVLS.
