Abstract

Induction heating has become a relevant player in household decarbonization through electrification of heating processes. Its application to cooking process, provides high performance and high efficiency appliances, with a superior user performance. This technology requires high-performance and cost-effective inverters that takes the most of the power device and converter topology.
