The statistical analysis used in this research is simple regression analysis with the help of the SmartPLS version 3.9 computer program. The results showed that perceived organizational support has a significant positive effect on work stress, perceived organizational support has a significant positive effect on work overload, work overload has a significant positive effect on work stress, and work overload has a significant effect on the effect of perceived organizational support on work stress experienced by employees of CV.
