Abstract

OBE means that the goal of instructional design and instructional implementation is the learning outcomes that students obtain through the educational process. Based on the OBE education concept, this paper applies the outcome-based education model to the teaching of real estate appraisal courses, mainly including the following: Firstly, curriculum goals should be set based on learning outcomes; Secondly, the goal is decomposed to construct a complete hierarchical knowledge system; Thirdly, the knowledge system is classified into different course tasks, and reasonable teaching forms and activities are arranged according to different tasks; Finally, different assessment methods are adopted according to different teaching forms and activities to carry out continuous follow-up assessment and improvement.
