The Impact of Hadith on Maqāmāt Al-Hamadhani in Terms of Wording and Meaning

Abstract

This research seeks to read the impact of Hadith on Maqāmāt Badi 'al-Zaman alHamadhani. This paper sheds lights on the mechanisms of manifestation of Hadith in the narrative contexts and demonstrates the rhetoric of Hadith. Also, the research shows the potentials of Hadith that has various rhetorical techniques, besides its connotations and meaning that demonstrate various values. Finally, this article consists of an introduction, two main sections. The first section deals with one single term or more mentioned in Hadith while the second one deals with the whole Hadith, making it an introduction to use the vocabulary of Hadith in poetry.
