Abstract

The paper is devoted to the study of the magnetoelectric energy harvesting device consisting of two parts: magnetoelectric element and conversion unit. Magnetoelectric structure of Metglas/GaAs/Metglas is most effective convert of magnetic energy at frequencies from 40 to 150 kHz, where output voltage equal of 3 V and current of 2 rnA at the output from the conversion unit. The output voltage was 5 V at frequencies from 95 to 105 kHz. A prospective direction for further development of the energy harvesting is the use of magnetoelectric gradient structures.
