Abstract

Based on the analysis of world experience, the leading role of water resources for balancing the process of electricity production and consumption in the unified energy system of Ukraine is determined, which is especially relevant against the background of the growth of production volumes and unregulated use of wind and solar energy. Modern directions of forecasting the state of water resources are analyzed, among which methods of mathematical modeling of hydrological systems, models of seasonal fluctuations and probabilistic forecasting methods based on statistical data are highlighted. Separate forecasting results are presented, which reflect the main trends regarding climate changes in the world and in Ukraine, which have a decisive impact on the state of water resources.
预测水资源状况,平衡负荷,提高能源部门的稳定性
根据对世界经验的分析,确定了水资源在乌克兰统一能源系统中平衡电力生产和消费过程中的主导作用,这在产量增长和风能和太阳能使用不受管制的背景下尤其相关。分析了现代水资源状态预测的发展方向,重点介绍了水文系统数学建模方法、季节波动模型和基于统计数据的概率预测方法。提出了单独的预测结果,反映了对水资源状况有决定性影响的世界和乌克兰气候变化的主要趋势。
