Abstract

Teachers in educational organizations are individuals who are a core part of the management element. Teachers also become the foremost troops that can move the wheels of educational organizations. Duties and responsibilities of teachers are regulated in the teacher law and lecturer no. 20 of 2005, which are then elaborated on the order of the subsequent invitation to the description of teacher assignments made by foundations and / or school principals.
