Abstract

Novel Zr-Fc metal-organic framework (MOF) nanosheets based laser desorption/ionization mass spectrometry (LDI MS) platform has been developed for metabolites detection. The ultrathin Zr-Fc MOF nanosheets was synthesized using the bottom-up method. Furthermore, by optimizing the conditions, Zr-Fc MOF nanosheets exhibited excellent performance as an LDI MS matrix without background interference.
