Abstract

Aiming at hydraulic component fault diagnosis research represented by relief cartridge valve, using power bond graph method to analyze the dynamic course when valve core is opened, mathematical models are established under normal and faulty conditions. Diagnosis is achieved by matching test data and fault sensitive parameters, which are abstracted from the solutions to the state equation groups.
