Abstract
The relevance of this topic is due to the difficulties of diagnosis and management of patients with aortic dissection and the need for the interaction between doctors of different specialties whereas exact algorithm with clearly defined time frame for surgical treatment and overall criteria for choosing between conservative and surgical tactics of treatment in these patients are not currently available.
