Abstract

Former research of transport reliability focuses on road network, few of which refer to the intersection traffic reliability in microcosmic level. The paper proposes the conception of traffic reliability based on which the supply-demand reciprocity is analyzed, and brings forward the methodology that the disabled condition should be differentiated according to distinct system functions.
