Results indicate that e-Book applications are perceived as usable, reliable, functional, and efficient in supporting the learning process. There is room for improvements through increasing the number functions provided and upgrading the hardware specifications. Abstract

The Malaysian Government initiated the Digital Malaysia (DM) program to advance the country towards a developed digital economy by 2020. Electronic Book or e-Book has been used to facilitate the learning process in formal education since 2009 in Malaysia.
