Confidence Assessment of Professional Growth Data Processing System

Abstract

Within the framework of this paper, a system for processing of professional growth data, which includes the data on the individual's development path and key phases of life (studies, work), facts and events, has been examined. The purpose of the publication is to evaluate the system for processing professional growth data in Latvia. To determine the confidence index, the Net Promoter Score determining principle has been used as the basis. The results show that overall, the system can be considered reliable, but there are certain deficiencies that can be improved or modified in the future.
