Abstract
Aiming at the problem of reliability growth trend in the early use stage of complex electromechanical systems, the graphical method and analytical method of natural growth are analyzed. For the single and multiple systems, the graphic method, the Laplace test method and the Duane model test method are analyzed respectively. At last, he case example is given to verify the application of the test method, which shows that the combination of the graphic method and the analytical method can test the natural growth trend of the reliability of the electromechanical system effectively
