Abstract

The permanent magnet motor mainly uses the permanent magnet excitation, the motor fault will affect the excitation performance of the permanent magnet, thus affecting the performance of the entire motor, serious stator inter-turn short circuit fault will cause short circuit between phases, causing three-phase current imbalance, resulting in increased harmonic magnetic field, rotor temperature rise. 定子绕组故障的永磁同步电机性能研究
永磁电机主要采用永磁体励磁,电机故障会影响永磁体的励磁性能,从而影响整个电机的性能,严重的定子匝间短路故障会造成相间短路,造成三相电流不平衡,导致谐波磁场增大,转子温度升高。本文以200mm无轴无框推力器中的5kW永磁同步电机为研究对象,对单相两槽匝间短路和两相匝间短路进行了分析。采用Ansoft有限元分析软件,通过设置两种绕组故障,分析对电机的影响,为同步电机的故障诊断提供参考。
