Abstract

National Independent Innovation Ability is the core of the Competition and Cooperation among the power in the new period. Based on the discussion of the connotation of national independent innovation ability. This article designed the evaluation index system of national independent innovation ability, using the center of the mixed triangular whitenization weight function; established the national independent innovation ability of grey comprehensive evaluation model. It also carried on the quantitative empirical study and comparative analysis of the national independent innovation of China.
