Abstract
Deep drawing is one of the significant sheet forming process. During this technique the quality of the drawn part is highly required, moreover, the friction coefficient is one of the significant parameters which influence deep drawing’s results. This research goals to predict the friction behavior of AA2090 Al-Li alloy in cylindrical deep drawing for this purpose thickness distribution has been studied using a 3D cylindrical deep drawing model, which was simulated by ABAQUS/Explicit software with the aim of improving the quality of final shape.
