Elreto es, pues, analizarlos cambios que, en esta transicion entre agendas,registro esta cooperacion. Para ello se recurre a la experiencia iberoamericana, la region para la que existe mayor masa critica de informacion, generada porla Secretaria General Iberoamericana (SEGIB). Both the achievements and the pending challenges fostered the renewal ofthe commitment all countries had acquired, which crystallized in the adoption of a new agenda, the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. The transition from one agenda to the otherimplied a change in the narrative about whattype of development was to be targeted, but also on the means to achieve it. Within the transition framework, the transformation and the emerging debates on development cooperation have been amply studied. However, that is not the case for the response received by one of its modalities —South-South and Triangular Cooperation—, given the same context. Thus, the challenge is to analyze the changes that, within this transition from one agenda to the other, this type of cooperation faced.
