The self-empowerment of nursing students influenced the academic self-efficacy and learning motivation. Specially, self-determination was important factor for the academic self-efficacy, and impact was important factor for the learning motivation. The self-empowerment and learning motivation of nursing students influenced the learning outcome. Also, the confidence and self-regulation efficacy of the academic self-efficacy influenced the learning outcome. There were significant differences in the self-empowerment, academic self-efficacy, learning motivation and outcome by gender. Abstract

This study investigates the influential relation amongst self-empowerment, academic self-efficacy, learning motivation and outcome of nursing students.
