Abstract

The article is aimed at analysis of the impact, made by the Internet on a person and the personal development in the multicultural educational environment. The professional foreign-language teaching, which implies students’ interaction with the informational Internet resources, forms the basis of the research. The Internet environment is considered as the factor of the social and personal development because of its educational influence on students and contribution to their professional upbringing, their Russian citizenship. Having analyzed the results of the opinion poll, we have revealed the areas, which are necessary to be researched in terms of the social behavior, based on the personal Russian civic participation in the Internet environment.
