Abstract

In recent years, application of quantum dots (QDs) have attracted intensive interest owing to their outstanding photoluminescence properties, All of these attractive characteristics make QDs candidates for the next generation back-lighting and display. However, the commercial application in lighting, especially in integrated devices is seldom reported. In this work, we used QDs film in chip on board (COB) as color converter, and compared the performance with traditional phosphor.
