Open venous access;Sitting position, sagging legs, inhalation of alcohol humidified oxygen, heart strengthening, diuresis, sedation, asthma, vasodilation, shock patients were given vasopressor drugs or intra-aortic balloon counterpulsation;And psychological care. Results: 44 cases were improved after active rescue, with only 4 cases died, which the success rate of rescue was 91.67%.
