Partially, it can be seen that work placement is the most dominant variable influencing employee performance at one of the banking sectors in Pematangsiantar. Abstract

The current study aims at analyzing and finding out the effect of work placement, career development, and work stress on employee performance in the head office of one of the banking sectors in Pematangsiantar. 75 people were chosen as the sample using a non-probability sampling technique from 75 people of the population.
