Abstract

Hazardous materials road transportation accidents would cause great harm to neighboring population and environment. It is essential to develop a decision support system (DSS) for emergency response of hazardous materials road transportation accidents to improve emergency response ability and reduce accidents hazards. A framework based on quality function deployment (QFD) method to design DSS scheme selection was proposed.
