Abstract

The main instrument for implementing the state’s interaction with other entities in the field of international relations, as well as the main means of channeling the opportunities generated by globalization, remains diplomacy. Diplomacy has always felt the need to adapt to the rigors of international political life, being influenced by the very phenomenon of globalization.
