Objective – To emphasize on benefits of abhyanga and intake of sneha and how it will be beneficial for the gym going people. Material and methods – More about Abhyanga and Sneha from Ayurvedic texts/Samhita. Discussion – Why it is necessary for gym going people to intake sneha and do Abhyanga. Abstract
