Abstract

We have studied the properties of polarisation in a bioeletret by using Monte Carlo methods. First, the polarization model of the bioelectret is set up in imitation of the Ising model in magnetics. Secondly, using this model, we have calculated the temperature dependences of polarizations and polarizabilities of the bioelectret film. It is shown that there is a continuous phase transition which connects with the local field in bioelectrets.
