Furthermore, the physical stability test of the gel before and after accelerated storage was carried out including organoleptic tests, homogeneity, pH, viscosity, and syneresis tests were then carried out in vitro tests to see the activity of milkfish scale collagen (Chanos chanos) combined with ethanol extract of bidara leaves (Ziziphus jujuba) on the healing of burns in rabbits. From the research, it was found that the three gel formulas had good gel physical stability before and after storage. In the homogeneity and organoleptic test, it looks homogeneous, transparent brownish yellow with a characteristic odor. pH value already according to the SNI standard (4.57.8), the viscosity is in the range (2000-50.000 cps). The highest syneresis test was 9.35% in formula 1.
